 Katherine Wright is a pianist, teacher, and composer in Peyton, CO. Her broad artistic background includes work with singers, choirs, instrumentalists, theatre companies, opera companies, and church ensembles. She has over fifteen years experience as a collaborative pianist and has been teaching piano since 2003. Katherine earned her MM in Piano Performance from Wright State University, where she studied piano with Jackson Leung and performed Maurice Ravel’s Concerto in G with the WSU Chamber Orchestra. She studied piano, voice, organ, acting, and directing at the University of Puget Sound, where she earned a BA in Theatre Arts and a BA in Music. Katherine is originally from Colorado Springs. She and her husband, Lee, are the parents of three young sons. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She currently serves as Primary pianist in her ward.
